10.4.0.1 By Hydrologic Engineering Center HEC-GeoHMS is a free GIS extension that provides the user with a set of procedures, tools, and utilities for the preparation of GIS data for import into HEC-HMS and generation of GIS data from HMS output. I'm currently using arcmap 10.4 and want to use hec-geoRAS with it, however, I can only find versions of hec-ras that are compatible with 10.2.

Here are a few:. I've been trying to install HEC-GeoRAS and HEC-GeoHMS into ArcMap 10.3 but it is hard coded to only install when 10.2 is present. The devs said that some people have made some registry changes to get it to work in 10.3 but weren't sure exactly which ones. They have no plans to update the installers to support 10.3.Does anyone have any tips on how to get this to work?Alternatively, I've found that I can extract the contents of the installers, but I have no idea where to put them if I were to try to manually install this.

ABSTRACTThe Hydrologic Engineering Center's Geospatial Hydrologic Modeling Extension, HEC-GeoHMS, is a public domain extension to ESRI’s ArcGIS software (ArcView® license) and the Spatial Analyst extension. HEC-GeoHMS is a geospatial hydrology toolkit for engineers and hydrologists. The user can visualize spatial information, document watershed characteristics, perform spatial analysis, delineate subbasins and streams, construct inputs to hydrologic models, and assist with report preparation. Through the use of HEC-GeoHMS a user can easily and efficiently create hydrologic inputs that can be used directly with the Hydrologic Engineering Center's Hydrologic Modeling System, HEC-HMS software.15.
